Training can be accredited or non- accredited, depending on the clients needs. Training programmes can range from an hour on an in house talk on nutrition with demonstrations of healthy recipes or a full ten week practical and theoretical based training course on food and nutrition. Training packages can also extend into non-nutrition based courses such as OCN's in community development and mentoring. While not initially envisaged as a core activity, I am experienced and suitably qualified to deliver this and there is already a demand for it with one small contract already secured.
